P & J Cleaning Service Policies
Payments
For customers on maintenance schedules, we will leave a bill upon completion. This bill is due at the next visit. This ensures customer satisfaction before payment.
All other services are due upon completion.
Post-Dated Checks: Please notify us if payment cannot be made when due. We cannot guarantee that your check won't be deposited otherwise.
Returned Checks: A $30.00 fee is required for all returned checks.
Late Payments: A 10% fee will be added to all bills over 30 days late. Any accounts over 60 days late will not be serviced until payment is received.
P & J Cleaning Service accepts Cash, Checks and Credit Cards.
Additions
We require a 24-Hour Notoice for any additional services in order to provide appropriate staff and time, otherwise the additional services will not be completed.
Cancellations
We require a 24-Hour Notice for all cancellations, or you will be charged accordingly. In the event that we do not have a key and cannot get in to do the work, you will be charged accordingly.
